2000 Thanksgiving Letter
Dear Pastor,
The Scripture advises us to give thanks to God at all times and on all occasions. It also gives thanks itself: Genesis gives thanks for the creation. Exodus gives thanks for the deliverance. Leviticus gives thanks from generation to generation. Numbers gives thanks for each generation. Deuteronomy gives thanks for the law. Joshua gives thanks for the Promised Land. The Historical books give thanks because His mercy endures forever. Psalms give thanks with a song. Proverbs give thanks with a word of wisdom. The Prophets give thanks for the coming Messiah. The Gospel give thanks for the Messiah who has come to the world. Acts give thanks for the Holy Ghost. The Epistles give thanks for we were delivered from sin, saved, sanctified, baptized, adopted to the family of God, healed, restored, blessed and wonderfully placed on the firm rock who is the Christ. Revelation gives thanks for He is coming again to deliver us from the trials and tribulations of the present world and to bring us to the abundant life in the Heavenly City. Therefore, I am thankful to the God who is my hope for both today and for eternity.
I am also thankful to Him for giving me the opportunity to minister to a great number of congregations in the Eastern United States during the period of my studies in the Seminary. More information, news reports and helpful Pentecostal resources may be now found at http://www.cupandcross.com where they are updated regularly. I hope you find the information on this website helpful for your studies as well.
In this time of gratitude and personal reflection, let us unite as one through the call of the Psalms, “Give thanks to the Lord!”
Sincerely,
Dony K. Donev
Celebrating 10 Years in the Ministry
We are excited this month, as we are honored to celebrate ten years in the ministry for His Kingdom. Although the beginning of our ministry is a humble one, today we praise the Lord, because He was both willing and able to save, deliver and call for ministry the sixteen-year-old Bulgarian boy ten years ago. We praise Him because in the hard journey of the ministry, we have never felt lonely, as He has been true to His word, “I will never leave you nor forsake you …” (Heb. 13:5).

2000 Easter Letter
About 11 pm on December 31, 1899 at the Bethel Healing Home in Topeka, Agnez Ozman was baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues after Charles Parham had prayed for her. The beginning of the year 1900 marked the genesis of the Pentecostal era.
One hundred years latter we are living in a time of great need for a fresh move of the Holy Spirit. In the beginning of this New Millennium we are again the Church of the first century. Once again, we are to rediscover, reclaim and repossess the power of Pentecost, which the Early Church operated in.
I am approaching this Easter season with great expectations for a mighty move of Christ’s resurrection power. I am reminded by the Word of God that this Easter, two thousand years later, He can still move stones, He can still walk through locked doors, He can still speak peace to His disciples and He can still baptize with the Holy Ghost. I am reminded that He cannot be found among the dead any longer, because Christ has risen – He has risen indeed.
Happy Easter!
Sincerely,

1999 Thanksgiving Letter
Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
During this Thanksgiving season my gratitude is extended to the Almighty and Eternal God for giving me the opportunity to minister His Word and encourage His people. I also want to thank you for your tremendous support and caring guidance. My heart joins with yours, in a prayer for blessing, success and prosperity of your family and church in the upcoming Millennium. We all need to use the little time that remains as an opportunity for spiritual renewal and personal preparation for the 21st Century.
After finishing this semester at the Theological Seminary, I will have a few weeks free during the last part of December. During this time, I would love to join with you in the effort to win the lost for the Kingdom of God. If I can be of any help in this quest for truth and spirituality, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Sincerely,
Rev. Dony K. Donev
